Innovation Engineering (IE)
Innovation Engineering enables everyone to think quicker, smarter and more creatively through education, tools, and hands-on help.
Working smarter is not random. Innovation Engineering training and tools enables us to work smarter, faster, and more creatively together.
Innovation Engineering is a new field of academic study and leadership science developed by the Eureka! Ranch, thought leading companies and universities. With IE, we’ll use advanced methods and tools for creating big ideas, accelerating your projects, and problem solving your daily challenges.
We have the potential to increase speed up to 6x and increases of success up to 10x with innovation.
But it’s bigger than that. It’s a new mindset – where negativity is replaced with optimism and stress is replaced with joy and hope for the future of your organization and your career.
Appreciative Inquiry (AI)

Appreciative: recognizing the best in people, affirming past and present strengths, successes and potentials. To increase in value, to perceive those things that give life to living systems. Valuing, Prizing, Honoring.
Inquiry : the act of exploring and discovery, asking questions, being open to new possibilities. Discovery, Search, Study.
